Q1. Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?

A: Yes, we are a professional factory manufacturer with more than 30years ,aera more than 25000m^2.

Q2. What are your delivery terms?

A: EXW,  FOB,  CFR,  CIFect.

Q 3. What's the payment term ? 

A: We accept TT,30% deposit and 70% balancebefore shipment or irrevocable L/C at sight. we will show you pictures of the products and packaging before you pay the balance.

T/T and L/C is acceptable and TT will be more appreciated. 30% deposit, 70% balance against B/L copyor 100% irrevocable LC at sight. 

Payment<=2000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=2000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shipment.

Q4. How long is the production time?

A: Generally, it takes about 15-40 days to produce. it is according to quantity.

Q5. How long is your delivery time?

A: if the goods are in stock, the goods normally in stock will be delivered within 3-5 days. Non-inventory items will be shipped within about 30 days of receipt of the advance payment, depending on the quantity.

Q6. How to buy the ideal product?

A: you can provide us with the drawings in accordance with the specifications, and we will produce according to your drawings. Or, if you don't have a clear plan, we can design according to your requirements. We can design and manufacture new mould to produce it. For your reference, it takes about 15-20 days to make common mould

Q7. Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?

A: yes, we can provide some samples for your reference to test and check the quality, but you need to pay the freight. Documents or samples can be shipped by Fedex, TNT, DHL and other companies, depending on the size and weight of the total order.

Q8. What is the standard of packing?

A: standard export packaging or custom packaging is your requirement.

Usually, for small capacity, we use cartons, but for large capacity, we will use strong wooden cases to protect or double the inner packing in the main carton.

Q9. Does your company accept customization?

A: we accept OEM &ODM service

A: we use the best materials and each product goes through a series of rigorous tests.We have 100% testing before shipment
